Alhamdulillah, Majlis Seminar Kesedaran Kesihatan Mental, "Saya OKU. Santai Je.. Jom Lepak!" telah berlangsung dengan jayanya pada 23-25 Jun 2021 (Rabu hingga Jumaat) yang lalu. Seminar 3 hari ini adalah usahasama Kelab Istimewa Mahasiswa Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (i-MUPC) dengan Malaysian Rare Disorders Society (MRDS), Spinal Muscular Atrophy Malaysia (SMAM), dan Persatuan Psikologi UPSI (PSYCH UPSI). Seminar yang dijalankan menggunakan platform Google Meet selama tiga hari itu, telah membariskan para panelis yang pakar dalam bidang psikologi dan perubatan dan mereka telah berkongsi ilmu dan pengalaman masing-masing tentang kesihatan mental. Majlis diserikan dengan kehadiran Dato Hatijah Ayob, Presiden MRDS (mantan) dan wakil exco SMAM. Sesi seminar berlangsung santai dan interaktif, namun penuh pengisian dimana peserta yang kebanyakkannya terdiri daripada OKU belia serta mahasiswa/i OKU dan orang biasa dapat berinteraksi secara terus dengan para panelis, bertanyakan soalan-soalan dan diskusi. Acara bertambah meriah apabila terdapatnya kuiz pada hari ketiga untuk menguji pemahaman peserta di samping menilai keberkesanan seminar yang telah dijalankan. Hadiah-hadiah voucher Rare Catalogue telah dimenangi oleh 4 peserta yang teratas menjawab soalan-soalan dengan betul. Seminar telah berakhir dengan meriah dan mendapat maklum balas yang memberangsangkan daripada para peserta. SMA Malaysia merakam ucapan syabas dan terima kasih kepada semua rakan kolaborasi, penaja, para peserta dan semua terlibat dalam menjayakan program ini. Diharapkan kolaborasi seperti ini dapat digiatkan lagi di masa hadapan untuk meneruskan usaha mendidik orang ramai supaya cakna akan kepentingan kesihatan mental semua lapisan masyarakat đ„°đâ€ïž

Alhamdulillah, Mental Health Awareness Seminar, "I'm OKU. Just relax.. Let's Chill Out!" was held successfully on 23-25 ââJune 2021 (Wednesday to Friday). This 3-day seminar was a joint venture between the Sultan Idris University of Education Special Club (i-MUPC) with the Malaysian Rare Disorders Society (MRDS), Spinal Muscular Atrophy Malaysia (SMAM), and the UPSI Psychological Association (PSYCH UPSI). The seminar was conducted using the Google Meet platform for three days, has lined up panelists who are experts in psychology and medicine and they have shared their knowledge and experiences on mental health. The ceremony was graced with the presence of Dato Hatijah Ayob, President of MRDS (former) and SMAM exco representatives. The seminar session was running smoothly, relaxed and interactive, but full of content where participants who mostly consisted of PWD youth as well as PWDs students and ordinary people could interact directly with the panelists, asking questions and discussions. The event became more lively when there was a quiz session on the third day to test the participants' understanding as well as evaluate the effectiveness of the seminars that had been conducted. Rare Catalog voucher prizes were won by the top 4 participants answering the questions correctly. The seminar ended in a lively manner and received encouraging feedback from the participants.
