SMA Malaysia is once again invited to collaborate with the Malaysia Heart Health Association (MyHeart) to run a program called the MyRaya Project, on 31 March 2022 at the Mydin USJ Shopping Center. The program also involves the National Cancer Society Malaysia and Mydin as collaboration partners. The event took place at 2.20 pm with the opening ceremony and was followed by a speech from Dr Ahmad Luqman Ahmad Shuhaili as the President of MyHeart. Then there was a voucher handover session by Mr Tuah Ahimat, one of the Board of Directors of Mydin to the recipients of donations. Puan Shakira Jamil Faisal, President of SMA Malaysia was also present and led the delegation from SMA Malaysia. A total of 10 SMA Fighters from Selangor and Kuala Lumpur were invited and selected to receive items and pocket money to buy Hari Raya preparation stuff where each recipient received a contribution of RM360. After a group photo session, the participants shopped at the Mydin supermarket and the atmosphere was very lively. They have the opportunity to choose their favourite shirt together with family and friends. This event has somewhat cured the sadness and longing in the hearts of SMA Fighters, being able to reunite with other SMA Fighters after long isolation and undergoing an extended period of MCO due to the Covid19 outbreak. Joy also radiates in their eyes when they can choose the items they want. SMA Malaysia would like to thank MyHeart which is the main organizer and Mydin for providing a conducive and PWD -friendly shopping place.
