The EXCO members of SMA Malaysia gathered at The Everly, Putrajaya, for a journey that was more than just a bootcamp.
We revisited the most fundamental question: “Why Are We Here?”
From understanding our individual roles, refining systems and SOPs, sharing challenges, and strengthening social media and organisational management, to developing action plans and setting a clearer direction for SMA Malaysia in the months and years ahead.
Beyond every workshop and discussion, there were also moments to share stories, laugh, enjoy meals together, exchange gifts, and strengthen our bonds as one family.
Activities with the EXCO member's families were also an important part of this journey.
Because a strong organisation is not built on good systems alone, but on people who understand their roles, trust one another, and move towards a shared purpose.
The three days may have come to an end.
But our responsibilities continue.
Clearer roles.
Stronger connections.
A more aligned vision and mission.
For SMA Malaysia.
For our community.
For every fighter and every family we stand beside.
Together, we move forward. 💙
