Double Chanel's Dia Terindah documentary program was screened on RTM OKEY Channel showing the life, challenges and hopes of a SMA Fighter, namely Shasha Nuwairah (SMA Type 2) and her family. The only daughter of the couple, Mr. Norhairi and Mrs. Adila, remained enthusiastic despite facing various movement difficulties because her muscle growth was disrupted and gradually declined due to SMA. Through this program as well, Prof. Dr. Zabidi Hussin, Pediatrician at IMU and also the Chief Medical Advisor of SMA Malaysia explained about SMA in a brief but concise and easily understood by the public. Apart from that, the program also featured a description of two SMA Fighters, namely Ms. Siti Safura and Ms. Miza Marsya, each SMAM Medical and Research Exco and SMAM Assistant Secretary on the role and activities carried out by the association - SMA Malaysia in helping SMA patients and families in helping them as a community service for the SMA community in Malaysia.
